At MNT we are pleased to offer products that assist in the entire Loan Closing process. Title insurance products from the standard “Alta” to “Short form”; Property reports, Tax Verification, Full Title curative, as well as complete Closing / Settlement and Escrow services. Additionally Meridian National’s offerings support REO’s, Reverse Mortgages, Modifications, Centralized Purchases and Commercial.

  • Residential Refinance and Purchase

    • We support and directly work with all Title processes. These processes look at each client individually and adapt our work flows and procedures to meet state and client requirements. Being agile and adaptable allows us to work towards exceeding all expectations regarding all transactions.
    • Our processes have been successfully adapted for client process of Title, Settlement and Disbursement for Refinances, FHA & VA, Centralized Purchases, REO’s and Loss Mitigation programs, Modifications, and Reverse Mortgages.
  • Default Services

    • Meridian National has the capabilities to handle your REO and Deed In Lieu needs on a National level.
    • We obtain all judgments, liens, and HOA dues.  All curative work is done in-house.
    • It can be difficult & time consuming to track down attorneys in all 50 states.  Having one partner manage the entire process creates efficiencies in Cost, Turn Times & Communication.
    • Reporting is provided for each matrix in the process, based on clients needs.  **Turn Times, Pipe Line Status, SLA’s
  • Title Only

    • We offer 3 key processes for Title Company’s which we can facilitate and support your loan from Order to Policy…

  • Commercial

    • Our Centralized Commercial Purchase Solution gives us the ability to handle all aspects of the purchase transaction with consistent service and pricing.
    • Full Title and Escrow Process Control allows us to support Banks, Attorney’s, Brokers, Lenders and Investors on a National Level.
    • We will perform the Title Search, Process the file, Manage the closing utilizing our in-house National Notary Service, Obtain Funding Approval from the Lender or Cash Buyer and then Issue Wires to the Seller, Agents and any other essential party, making the closing a seamless transaction; we will then Record and issue Final Policy.
  • Special Projects

    • In this ever changing Mortgage and economic environment Meridian is committed to solving the needs of our clients. Our Special Projects Division works with our partners in the development of new products, processes and technologies to match the needs of even the most complex problems. These specialized solutions can cover any area from Compliance to Warehouse Products.
